My learning and experience in monitoring and evaluation in right-based advocacy and development NGOs is spread over three years. I worked as Monitoring and Evaluation person for various Education, Livelihood, Health and PRRO (protracted relief and recovery operation) and worked with the disadvantageous society of FATA IDP’s, Peshawar valley and Charsadda. Monitor community mobilization process. Developed and implemented monitoring and evaluation plans and mechanisms for timely feedback to management about the program/project performance.
