Garrett J. Delcourt is a seasoned change advocate and international consultant in disruptive marketing and business development.

With more than 30 years’ experience, he’s been consulting with major global companies such as Astrium/EADS, Pechiney or Renault. He has advised numerous start-ups and young business and supported them in their funding rounds.

With such a widespread experience he is convinced that real growth and lasting value creation reside in human centric businesses, companies which maximize their ability to serve, where people are first, whether as staff members or customers.

Garrett teaches in several business schools and is a speaker in various conferences about radical changes in business practices.
